BY ROAD
From M25 take the A24 south towards Horsham and Worthing. At Worthing take the A27
towards Arundel, turning left on to the A284 towards Littlehampton and Bognor Regis.
At Littlehampton continue on the A259 towards Bognor Regis. Climping Street (signposted
'To The Sea') is on your left off the A259. Derwent House is a quarter of a mile
down lane on the left.

From London Victoria to Littlehampton takes around 90 minutes with a further 5 minute
taxi ride to Derwent House.
